SIRsir – “Suicide Girl” Out Monday 23rd April!
SIRsir (@sirsirmusic) is the fresh face of Brazilian dubstep, and in just a week he brings his unique vocal Dubstep sound to the masses through 3Plus Music.
SIRsir is Lucas Silveira, frontman of the hugely popular Brazilian rock band FRESNO. As the lead singer for the band, Lucas has tasted a massive amount of success in the shape of sell out stadium tours and multiple accolades. However, Lucas has a deep and often overlooked affinity for Electronic music, and has created the alter ego SIRsir so as to explore the various facets of the scene and mould a side project that he can truly call his own.
The debut release on a worldwide basis for this alter ego is the outstanding “Suicide Girl”. Featuring Lucas’s own vocals and entirely original production the track is a haunting trip through the electronic side of his musical persona, and thus far has received some impressive plaudits from his peers within the scene. Just a week ago SIRsir opened for Skrillex in São Paulo and the response to “Suicide Girl” was nothing short of epic. The reactions was so good in fact that even the maestro Skrillex himself had nothing but good things to say about the track.
Due out on the 23rd April on 3Plus Music, and featuring a remix by FTAMPA, “Suicide Girl” is the first of many dynamic releases from SIRsir.
